Adani Energy Solutions' half-year profit jumps to INR 1,096 crores

Adani Energy Solutions Limited reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company's consolidated net profit after tax for the half-year increased to INR 1,096.04 crores from INR (417.27) crores in the prior year's corresponding period, demonstrating a substantial turnaround. Total consolidated income for the half-year rose to INR 13,792.64 crores, up from INR 11,849.77 crores a year ago.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, consolidated net profit after tax was INR 557.10 crores, compared to INR 773.39 crores in the same quarter last year. Consolidated total income for the quarter reached INR 6,767.15 crores, an increase from INR 6,359.80 crores in the prior year quarter.

Standalone results also showed positive trends, with net profit after tax for the half-year reaching INR 257.78 crores, an increase from INR 256.31 crores in the previous year. Total standalone income for the half-year grew to INR 2,083.69 crores, up from INR 1,047.97 crores in the corresponding period last year.
