Zydus completes full acquisition of Amplitude Surgical SA

Zydus Lifesciences Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Zydus MedTech France SAS, has completed the acquisition of Amplitude Surgical SA, France. On October 24, 2025, Zydus MedTech France acquired the remaining 14.4% share capital and voting rights of Amplitude Surgical SA via a mandatory tender offer and squeeze-out. This followed an initial acquisition of 85.6% announced on July 29, 2025.

With this latest transaction, Zydus MedTech France now holds 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Amplitude Surgical SA, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction was completed on October 24, 2025.

This full acquisition solidifies Zydus Lifesciences' control over Amplitude Surgical SA.
