Coromandel International corrects financial results reporting period

Coromandel International Limited announced a correction regarding the period for its unaudited financial results to be reviewed by the board of directors. The board meeting, scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025, will now consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This rectifies an earlier intimation which inadvertently stated the period as quarter and half-year ended October 30, 2025.

The company formally requested that the revised submission be taken on record. The communication was addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, and was signed by B Shanmugasundaram, company secretary & compliance officer, on October 26, 2025.
