Surana Solar to review half-year financials next week

Surana Solar Limited has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation was sent to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited on October 24, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

In anticipation of the financial results, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of Surana Solar is currently closed. This restriction applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the official declaration of the financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025.
