RMC Switchgears board to meet for half-year financial results

RMC Switchgears Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda includes approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. This will also encompass the statement of assets and liabilities and the statement of cash flows for the same period. Additionally, the board will review the limited review report on these unaudited financial results.

The meeting, held via video conferencing or other audiovisual means from the company's corporate office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, comes amidst a closed "trading window." As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, the trading window for directors, KMPs, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2025.

This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, ensuring compliance with insider trading regulations.
