Ramco Industries board to review Q2 2025 financials

Ramco Industries Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at its corporate office in Chennai. The primary agenda for Board Meeting No. 3/2025-26 is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2025.

In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Designated Persons and Fair Disclosure Procedures, the trading window for dealing in Ramco Industries securities closed on September 24, 2025, and will remain shut until November 7, 2025. This ensures compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
