Dynamic Services boosts stake in Mehai Technology via rights issue

Dynamic Services & Security Limited, acting as a promoter, has acquired a substantial 8.05% voting stake in Mehai Technology Limited through a rights issue. This acquisition involved 60,258,351 shares, increasing Dynamic Services' total ownership in Mehai Technology to 261,119,521 shares, representing 34.88% of the total share capital.

Prior to this transaction on October 20, 2025, Dynamic Services held 200,861,170 shares, or 53.13% of Mehai Technology's share capital before the rights issue. The increase in share capital due to the rights issue from 378,090,000 to 748,620,000 equity shares has adjusted the percentage ownership.

The diluted share capital, considering full conversion of share warrants, is 975,460,000 equity shares. Dynamic Services' current holding translates to 26.77% of the total diluted share capital. The listing and trading approval for 7,560,000 shares converted from warrants is pending.
