Chemfab Alkalis board to meet for Q2, half-year results approval

Chemfab Alkalis Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year period concluding on September 30, 2025. This intimation is made under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with this, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the company's shares by directors, designated employees, and other insiders, including their relatives, remains closed. This closure began on October 1, 2025, and will extend for 48 hours following the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
