Vesuvius India sells visakhapatnam land for rs 30.51 crores

Vesuvius India Limited today, October 24, 2025, completed the sale of land and structures at Plot Nos. 13, 14, and 15, Block E, IDA, Visakhapatnam – 530012. The property, measuring approximately 23,680 sq.yds or 19,800 sq.mts, was sold for a total consideration of Rs. 30,51,00,000/-. The sale deed was executed on the same date.

The sold property previously housed the company’s factory but was no longer required following the cessation of operations, which was intimated on October 10, 2025. Vesuvius India confirmed this transaction is not expected to have any adverse material impact on its business operations or revenue.

The buyers of the property are M/s. A.R. Steels and M/s. Madhuri Steel Enterprises. The company clarified that the buyers do not belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies, and the transaction is not considered a related-party transaction.
