Uno Minda board to meet for Q2 and H1 financial results approval

Uno Minda Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Friday, November 7, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation was issued on October 24, 2025, to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
