Shukra Pharmaceuticals launches new healthtech subsidiary

Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shukra Healthtech Private Limited, in India. The new entity was formed on October 21, 2025, with its incorporation notified to the company on October 24, 2025, following the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The subsidiary has an authorised and paid-up share capital of INR 1,00,000.

Shukra Healthtech Private Limited is established to engage in manufacturing, trading, marketing, importing, exporting, and dealing in various healthcare, wellness, pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and allied services. This strategic incorporation aims to expand Shukra Pharmaceuticals' presence in the healthcare and wellness industry. The registered office of the new subsidiary is located at 3rd Floor, Veer House, Opp. WIAA Office, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380054.
