Shalby CFO Amit Pathak resigns, successor to be announced

Amit Pathak has resigned from his position as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of Shalby Limited, effective October 24, 2025, at the close of business hours. Pathak is pursuing career opportunities outside the organization. The company confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his letter.

Following his resignation, Pathak will cease to be a key managerial personnel authorized for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations. Shalby Limited stated it would announce his replacement shortly.
