RSWM board to review financials; trading window closed

RSWM Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In anticipation of the financial results, the trading window for the company's securities has been closed. This closure, effective from October 1, 2025, aligns with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders. The trading restriction will remain in effect until November 8, 2025.
