Refex Industries wins INR 300 crore mining contract in Jharkhand

Refex Industries Limited (RIL) has secured a substantial contract valued at INR 300 Crore for mining-related services. The order, awarded by a large mining entity in Jharkhand, involves the removal of overburden, excavation, and transportation of coal. This domestic contract is expected to be executed over a period of 8 months, with a potential extension of 4 years.

The company disclosed the details in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. The agreement is not categorized as a related-party transaction, and neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
