ONGC board to meet for results, consider interim dividend

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Monday, November 10, 2025. The agenda includes considering and approving the un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will consider recommending a first interim dividend.

In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in ONGC securities has been closed since October 1, 2025. This closure will remain in effect until Wednesday, November 12, 2025, applying to all insiders, to prevent potential insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.
