NRB Bearings declares dividend, names new company secretary

NRB Bearings Limited's board of directors, at a meeting on October 24, 2025, approved an interim dividend of INR 2.50 per equity share (125%) for all members registered by October 31, 2025. The dividend is slated for payment within 30 days of the declaration.

The company also announced management changes, with Kishor Harish Talreja resigning as company secretary and compliance officer effective October 24, 2025, due to personal reasons. Khyati Hemang Danani will assume the role of head - legal, company secretary & compliance officer, and key managerial personnel, starting November 3, 2025. Danani is not related to any director of the company.

In a strategic move, NRB Bearings will acquire Sahney Bearings Private Limited, a promoter-owned company. The acquisition involves a transfer of a minimum of 99% of shares at no consideration to expand into aerospace, industrial, electric, and hybrid motor applications. Sahney Bearings Private Limited, incorporated on June 20, 2025, has reported nil turnover and net profit to date.
