Neuland Laboratories to hold board meeting for Q2 financial results

Neuland Laboratories Limited announced on October 24, 2025, that a board of directors meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to approve and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year concluded on September 30, 2025.

In continuation of an earlier communication dated September 25, 2025, the company also confirmed the ongoing closure of its Insider Trading Code's trading window. This window, which restricts dealing in the company's equity shares, has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned unaudited financial results to the stock exchanges.
