JBM Auto board to consider second quarter, half-year financials

JBM Auto Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This information was communicated to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. via a letter dated October 24, 2025.

The trading window for dealing in JBM Auto securities has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are publicly disclosed on October 30, 2025. This restriction applies to designated persons, including directors, identified employees/persons, key managerial personnel, promoters, and their immediate relatives, as well as connected persons, in accordance with the company's code of conduct on insider trading.
