Intellect Design Arena allots equity shares under ESOP schemes

Intellect Design Arena Limited announced the allotment of 54,104 equity shares of ₹5/- each on October 24, 2025, to eligible employees who exercised options granted under various ESOP schemes. This allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on October 23, 2025.

The shares were distributed across three schemes: 14,946 shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2015, 5,250 shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2016, and 33,908 shares under the Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018. Following this allotment, the company's issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹69,60,98,770, divided into 13,92,19,754 equity shares. The new equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares.

The company previously received in-principle approvals for these schemes from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The exercise prices for these shares varied across the schemes, with ISOP 2015 prices including ₹5.00 and ₹165.44, ISOP 2016 prices ranging from ₹122.61 to ₹193.21, and ISOP 2018 shares at ₹5/-. The premium per share also varied, with ISOP 2015 at ₹160.44 and ISOP 2016 premiums ranging from ₹117.61 to ₹188.21.
