Independent director resigns from Primo Chemicals board

Ms. Teesta Sandhu has tendered her resignation as an independent director from the board of directors of Primo Chemicals Limited, effective October 23, 2025. Her departure is attributed to "other personal and professional commitments." Consequently, Ms. Sandhu will also cease to be a member of the company's risk management committee.

The company confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond those stated in her resignation letter.

Ms. Sandhu also confirmed that she does not hold directorships or memberships on board committees of any other listed entity. Primo Chemicals Limited formally acknowledged her resignation and initiated the necessary compliances.
