ICICI Lombard allots new equity shares under employee schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 138,414 new equity shares of ₹10 each on October 24, 2025. This allotment was made under two distinct employee schemes: 137,147 shares through the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005, and 1,267 shares via the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023.

The company's whole-time director approved the allotment at 06:06 p.m. on October 24, 2025, following authority delegated by the board of directors at its meeting on July 18, 2023.

These newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with ICICI Lombard's existing equity shares.
