GAIL board to meet for Q2 and half-year results

GAIL (India) Limited's board of directors is scheduled to convene on Friday, October 31, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and half-year concluded on September 30, 2025. This announcement was made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with the upcoming financial results, GAIL also confirmed the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window, which initially closed on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, will remain closed until Sunday, November 2, 2025. This measure is in adherence to the company's insider trading code.
