Electrotherm (India) names new auditor, moves registered office

Electrotherm (India) Limited's board of directors met on October 24, 2025, to approve several key changes. The company appointed M/s. NRPS & Associates LLP as its new internal auditor, effective November 1, 2025, until March 31, 2026. This appointment follows the discontinuation of M/s. RSM Astute Consultech Private Limited as internal auditor, effective after business hours on October 31, 2025.

Additionally, the company approved the shifting of its registered office from "A-1, Skylark Apartment, Satellite Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015" to "502, Parshwa Tower, Opp. Tej Motors, Nr. Mahdur Hotel, Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad – 380054." This relocation is effective November 1, 2025.

The board also acknowledged a fine imposed by NSE and BSE on August 29, 2025, due to non-compliance with Regulation 17(1) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The non-compliance stemmed from the board's composition having fewer than six directors. Electrotherm (India) Limited noted that it will be in compliance with the regulation as of April 2025, after appointing an additional director by October 10, 2025.
