Dr. Lal PathLabs board to consider results, bonus shares, dividend

Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 31, 2025. The agenda for the meeting includes considering and approving the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if any, on the company’s equity shares.
