Chambal fertilisers board to meet on interim dividend, financial results

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda includes the approval of standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will consider declaring an interim dividend on the company's equity shares.

In line with regulatory requirements, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed. This closure, initially communicated on September 29, 2025, will continue until November 6, 2025 (inclusive). This measure applies to all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company'.
