BEML partners with Tesmec to introduce surface miner equipment

BEML Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tesmec, S.p.A Italy. This collaboration aims to introduce Surface Miner equipment for mining applications, a move that is considered part of BEML's normal course of business.

The announcement was made by urmi chaudhury, company secretary & compliance officer of BEML, on October 24, 2025. This disclosure falls under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The information has been submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and The BSE Limited.
