Ajanta Pharma board to consider first interim dividend

Ajanta Pharma has announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 3, 2025, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. During this meeting, the board will also specifically deliberate on the declaration of a first interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

In conjunction with the potential dividend declaration, the company plans to fix Monday, November 10, 2025, as the record date. This date will determine the eligible shareholders for the payment of the interim dividend, if declared by the board. This intimation is issued under Regulation 29(1)(e) and 42 of the Listing Regulations, following an earlier letter dated October 8, 2025.
