Vedant Fashions board to meet on October 30 for financial results

Vedant Fashions Limited announced on October 23, 2025, that its board of directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The board will also review the limited review reports from the auditor pertaining to these financial periods. This intimation was made in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, 2015, as amended.
