Utkarsh Vartak increases stake in UVS Hospitality through preferential allotment

Utkarsh Vartak has acquired 150,000 equity shares of UVS Hospitality And Services Ltd, each with a face value of ₹10, through a preferential allotment on October 18, 2025. This transaction falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before this acquisition, Vartak held 13,750,000 shares, representing 38.39% of the total share capital. The new acquisition increases his holding by 0.42% to 13,900,000 shares, or 38.81% of the company's equity.
