Suryoday Bank names Pankaj Gulati as new chief people officer

Suryoday Small Finance Bank has appointed Pankaj Gulati as its new chief people officer & head - CSR. The appointment is effective October 23, 2025, and Gulati will serve as a full-time employee of the bank. This change in senior management personnel was disclosed in accordance with SEBI regulations.

Gulati brings over two decades of experience across the banking, finance, and insurance sectors. His expertise includes managing employee lifecycles, performance and rewards, benefits administration, HR technology, analytics, and governance. His previous roles include positions at institutions such as AU Small Finance Bank, Fincare Small Finance Bank, MetLife India Insurance, Pivot Training Pvt. Ltd., ING Vysya Life Insurance Co. Ltd., and HSBC.

The disclosure was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
