Samhi Hotels board to meet for quarterly results

Samhi Hotels Limited has informed both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about a scheduled board of directors meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025, on both standalone and consolidated bases.

In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for Samhi Hotels shares has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed for two trading days following the declaration of the aforementioned financial statements. This closure was previously intimated to the exchanges on September 29, 2025, adhering to regulations concerning insider trading and fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
