Kaynes subsidiary boosts Sensonic stake to 61%

Kaynes Holding Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaynes Technology India Limited, has acquired an additional 7% stake in Sensonic GmbH from Frauscher Sensor Technology Group GmbH. The agreement was executed on October 23, 2025.

The acquisition involves the purchase of shares for a consideration of €1. Kaynes Holding Pte Ltd already holds a 54% stake in Sensonic GmbH, and this transaction will increase their total ownership to 61%.

Kaynes Technology India Limited confirmed that this acquisition will not impact the management or control of the company.
