E.I.D. Parry board to meet for Q2 and half-year results approval

E.I.D. - Parry (India) Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The notice, issued on October 23, 2025, is in accordance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
