DLF board to consider Q2 and H1 2025 financials

DLF Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In conjunction with the financial review, the trading window for insiders, as defined by the DLF Code of Conduct, has been closed. This closure took effect from October 1, 2025, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results to the stock exchange(s).
