Blue Cloud Softech executive director resigns

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited informed BSE Limited about the resignation of Ravi Janarthanan from his position as executive director, effective October 22, 2025. The company stated that Janarthanan resigned due to "pre-occupation in other works."

Janarthanan’s appointment as director was on May 23, 2025, making his tenure relatively short. The company placed on record its appreciation for his contributions during his time as executive director. He requested that Blue Cloud Softech Solutions file the necessary form DIR12 and notify the Registrar of Companies about his resignation.
