Bharti Airtel board to review Q2, half-year results November 3

Bharti Airtel Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 3, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter (Q2) and the six months ended September 30, 2025.

In compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has declared a trading window closure. The insider trading window for dealing in Bharti Airtel securities has been closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until Wednesday, November 5, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This measure is in accordance with the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading.

The announcement was made by Rohit Krishan Puri, joint company secretary and compliance officer of Bharti Airtel Limited. The notice was distributed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
