Bank of Maharashtra pays annual interest on BASEL III bonds

Bank of Maharashtra confirmed the payment of annual interest on its BASEL III Compliant Tier-II Bonds (ISIN: INE457A08092) on October 23, 2025. This payment adheres to Regulation 57(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015. The issue size of these bonds is Rs. 1000 crore, with an interest amount of Rs. 78.60 crore paid, including TDS. The interest frequency is annual.

The interest payment record date was October 6, 2025, and the due date for the interest payment was October 21, 2025. However, due to October 21, 2025, and October 22, 2025, being bank holidays, the actual payment was made on the next working day, October 23, 2025. The last interest payment was made on October 21, 2024.
