Arihant Foundations reports strong Q2FY26 operational growth

Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited announced a robust operational performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26). The company reported a total area sold of 117,793 sq. ft., marking a 44% year-over-year (YoY) increase. Total sale value reached ₹112.9 crore, up 13% YoY, while collections stood at ₹78.3 crore as of September 30, 2025.

For the first half of the fiscal year (H1FY26), total area sold grew by 86% YoY to 212,464 sq. ft., and total sale value increased by 50% YoY to ₹212.2 crore. Quarter-over-quarter, total area sold saw a 24% increase from Q1FY26, and total sale value rose by 14%.

The company, incorporated in 1992, has a developed area exceeding 20 million sq.ft. and is known for its high-rise developments and joint property development ventures in Chennai.
