Zaggle partners with Megha City Gas Distribution for five-year program

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited. The agreement, executed on October 22, 2025, involves Zaggle providing services under a new program. The domestic order will be executed over a period of five years.

This agreement falls outside the scope of related party transactions, and neither Zaggle's promoters nor promoter group companies have an interest in the entity awarding the contract. The collaboration aims to enhance Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited's operations through Zaggle's offerings.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI circular dated November 11, 2024. Avinash Ramesh Godkhindi, managing director and chief executive officer of Zaggle, confirmed the execution of the agreement.
