Salzer Electronics to hold board meeting for Q2 results

Salzer Electronics Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene a meeting on Saturday, November 1, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year period concluding on September 30, 2025.

The board will also review the limited review report from the statutory auditor concerning these financial results, along with other related matters. This meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
