NDTV board to consider unaudited financial results October 29

New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results. This meeting will cover both standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The intimation, issued on October 22, 2025, is in compliance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The filing was addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Ms. Parinita Bhutani Duggal, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the communication on behalf of New Delhi Television Limited.
