Mahanagar Gas to review quarterly, half-yearly results next week

Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This notification was issued pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed. This closure commenced on October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results to the stock exchanges.

The announcement was made by atul prabhu, company secretary & compliance officer, on October 22, 2025, to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
