Jindal Steel to announce Q2 and H1 2025-26 results in October

Jindal Steel Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ending September 30, 2025, on both a standalone and consolidated basis, for the financial year 2025-26.

In compliance with regulations, the trading window for designated persons and connected persons of Jindal Steel Limited has been closed. This closure, which began on October 1, 2025, will continue until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly released.
