Insolation Energy forms new subsidiary for solar plant development

Insolation Energy Limited has incorporated PRGE Green Infra Private Limited as a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, effective October 22, 2025. This new entity, promoted by Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy), will serve as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for setting up solar power plants.

PRGE Green Infra Private Limited is established with an authorized share capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited has subscribed to 100% of the equity shares for INR 100,000. As of its incorporation date, the new subsidiary has not commenced business operations and therefore has no turnover to report.

The subsidiary's primary business will involve the development, erection, installation, construction, operation, maintenance, and consultancy of renewable energy power plants. This includes comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects, aligning with the solar industry.
