Apollo Pipes board to meet for financial results approval

Apollo Pipes Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The main agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

This meeting is a crucial step for the company's financial disclosures, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited.

The company also confirmed that the trading window for insiders, as per internal procedures and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has been closed since October 1, 2025. It is set to reopen on November 1, 2025. Gourav Kumar Nayak, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the intimation on October 22, 2025.
