Adani Enterprises forms new subsidiary for Bihar road project

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Sultanganj Sabour Road Limited (SSRL), in India. The incorporation was confirmed on October 21, 2025.

SSRL has been established with a subscribed capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. AEL will hold 100% of the share capital of SSRL. The newly formed entity is yet to commence business operations, consequently reporting nil turnover to date.

The primary objective of SSRL is the construction of the Ganga Path Connecting Sultanganj-Bhagalpur-Sabour Road in the State of Bihar, operating under a Hybrid Annuity Mode. This move aligns with AEL's strategic expansion in the infrastructure sector.
