Goa Carbon board to review Q3 unaudited financials

Goa Carbon Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter that concluded on September 30, 2025.

The intimation, dated October 21, 2025, was issued in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.
