CG Power board to meet for Q2, half-year results

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2025, on both a standalone and consolidated basis.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code on insider trading, the trading window for designated persons remains closed. This restriction will continue for 48 hours following the publication of the unaudited financial results.
