UTI AMC reports profit decline in half-year to September 2025

UTI Asset Management Company Limited reported its unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated net profit after tax for the half-year stood at ₹349.86 Crore, a significant decrease from ₹493.34 Crore reported in the corresponding period of 2024. For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, consolidated net profit after tax was ₹113.01 Crore, down from ₹239.17 Crore in the same quarter last year.

Total consolidated income from operations for the half-year was ₹965.44 Crore, compared to ₹1067.62 Crore in 2024. Basic earnings per share for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, decreased to ₹27.32 from ₹38.75 in the prior year.

The company's board of directors reviewed and approved these results on October 18, 2025.
