Tejas Networks seeks shareholder approval for new director

Tejas Networks Limited has issued a notice of postal ballot to its shareholders to approve the appointment of Dr. Randhir Thakur (DIN: 9154242) as an additional director (non-executive, non-independent) via ordinary resolution. Dr. Thakur was initially appointed by the board of directors on September 15, 2025.

The remote e-voting period for this resolution will commence on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and conclude on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (IST). Shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company/depositories as of the cut-off date, Friday, October 17, 2025, will receive the notice electronically.

The results of the postal ballot, along with the scrutinizer's report, are expected to be announced within two working days of the e-voting conclusion, on or before Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Dr. Thakur, with over 40 years of semiconductor industry experience and more than 300 patents, currently serves as the chief executive officer and managing director of Tata Electronics Limited.
